Many studies demonstrate the positive influence of nature experiences on human wellbeing. There is mounting evidence for the benefits to psychological well-being, physical health, mental performance, spiritual experience and social interaction. What we know less about is this: what dose of nature is enough and what type of nature experience brings the best results. Like any doctor’s prescription, the choice of specific medicine and the dose is person-specific.
